Ryanair Labs are currently recruiting for an Intern IT Global Service Desk Agent to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
Ryanair Labs is the technology brand of Ryanair. Labs is a state of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub creating Europe's Leading Travel Experience for our customers.
We are launching a 3 month paid IT Internship Program which will give you the opportunity to work within the Ryanair Labs Teams. After successful completion there will be a possibility of extending the cooperation on civil contract / contract of employment for next 9 months and prospect of staying with us long term! We are looking for people open for at least 1 year cooperation with us.
We are seeking individuals who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.
What the Team does:
- Support Triage steps to determine User, PC, Network or Application problems.
- Monitor all systems, networks and servers.
- Monitor, update, and manage a ticket queue with the goal of resolving issues within agreed SLA’s.
- Active Directory Administration.
- Support escalation and monitoring.
- Processing incidents and service requests initiated by end users using either the Self-Service Portal, email or telephone.
- Escalating incidents and service requests to the next level of support if necessary.
- Perform 1st Fix for user incidents.
Requirements
- Student/absolvent in a field related with Computer Science or interest in IT.
- Good command of English (min. B2).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange server, Windows 10, Systems, networks and servers monitoring tools.
