Description
- Create and maintain employee files and manage employee database/smartsheets.
- Preparation of payroll data.
- Maintain employment records related to airport passes, promotions, transfers, leave, terminations etc.
- Generate HR reports as required for example:headcount, overtime, absence, turnover.
- Support new hire induction, onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist in the implementation of site internal communications plan.
- Co-ordinate employee travel arrangements.
- Provide support and guidance to visitors to the facility.
- Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of new projects.
- Act as a point of contact for HR related employee queries.
- Ad-hoc administration activities in support of overall site operational requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a HR/administrative role.
- Good English communication, both written and verbal (at least B1)
- Knowledge of Polish labor law.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel and Smartsheets.
- Excellent administration and prioritisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A team player with a flexible, positive attitude towards work.
