Description

  • Create and maintain employee files and manage employee database/smartsheets.
  • Preparation of payroll data.
  • Maintain employment records related to airport passes, promotions, transfers, leave, terminations etc.
  • Generate HR reports as required for example:headcount, overtime, absence, turnover.
  • Support new hire induction, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist in the implementation of site internal communications plan.
  • Co-ordinate employee travel arrangements.
  • Provide support and guidance to visitors to the facility.
  • Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of new projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR related employee queries.
  • Ad-hoc administration activities in support of overall site operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a HR/administrative role.
  • Good English communication, both written and verbal (at least B1)
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel and Smartsheets.
  • Excellent administration and prioritisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A team player with a flexible, positive attitude towards work.
