Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by WAMS Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire a Engineering Tooling Coordinator in our hangar in Wroclaw.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the logistics, tracking, and overall control of tooling across the heavy maintenance facility.
• Managing tooling inventory levels and stock requirements within the facility, while providing full support to the Production Manager.
• Ensuring all tooling is serviceable, calibrated, and readily available for use by Engineering teams.
• Coordinating the movement of tooling throughout the network to maintain a well-organized, efficient, and uninterrupted operation.Monitoring and following up on open repair and calibration orders with Ryanair-approved vendors.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting with the qualification and implementation of new vendors to expand repair and calibration capabilities.
• Evaluating tooling requirements and recommending new tooling purchases, providing clear justification based on the operational needs of the heavy maintenance facility.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling availability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English (min. B2).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel and Smartsheets.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills proved by work experience.
• Excellent attention to detail proved by work experience.
• Mechanical or tooling background is an advantage.
• Knowledge of stock control / logistics is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
