The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Agile Delivery Lead (ADL) to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality, value-driven products. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance, while ensuring alignment between teams, stakeholders, and business goals.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Guide teams through Agile maturity stages, facilitate key ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Retros, etc.), and promote a culture of feedback and learning. 
  • Delivery Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to align on goals, manage risks, and ensure timely, quality delivery using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro. 
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers, facilitate decision-making, and escalate issues when needed. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, gather feedback, and ensure delivery of business value. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospectives, implement process enhancements, and embed quality practices to improve team performance and delivery metrics. 
  • Agile Governance: Define and evolve team Ways of Working, including DoR/DoD, workflows, and collaboration policies. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Agile teams in a delivery-focused environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). 
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro). 
  • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Strong communication and reporting skills. 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in scaled Agile environments. 
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and Agile metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, etc.).
