Description
AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for a Mechanic to be based at Stansted Airport within our Training department, working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe's largest airline.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with previous experience working within a Mechanical department, such as a garage, maintenance facility, workshop, etc
The successful candidate will report to the Training manager and be responsible for:
- Routine maintenance and servicing of training facility equipment primarily focused on but not limited to the Boeing 737 training aircraft and modules to meet all Ryanair training demands
- Repair and development of all training facility equipment to meet current and future training demands
- Monitor all training activities to support instructors students to maximise the functionality and service life of training aids, including reinstatement of facility and equipment on completion of training delivery
Requirements
- You must have good basic engineering hand skills, be self-motivated, with the ability to utilise available resources
- Good communications skills written and verbal with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Specific training and support will be provide
- Good IT Literacy (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential)
- Unrestricted right to live and work in The UK
- Full UK / EU driving license
