AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for an Administrator to be based at our Hangar at Stansted Airport working in cooperation with our clients Ryanair, Europe's largest airline.

 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team! In this role you will support daily operations, manage documentation and compliance and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, attention to detail and a passion for working in a fast-paced, safety-focused industry. Responsibilities

  • Manage all administration within the engineering department, providing support for engineers, technicians and management staff.
  • Handle daily communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including airports, other airlines, and regulatory bodies.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with engineers and management, including travel arrangements.
  • Supporting the recruitment and selection process
  • Onboarding including issuing contracts & 5 year background checks
  • Arranging medicals & initial training
  • Taking notes and representing HR at meetings, including Annual Appraisals, Review Meetings and Disciplinary procedures.
  • Collating payroll data in terms of salary changes, adjustments & expenses
  • Supporting staff with any queries as and when they arise
  • Any additional duties as required from the HR Manager

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task.

 

This is an office based role working Monday – Thursday 08.30-17.30 and Friday 08.30 – 17.00
