Ryanair Engineering Delivered by PAM IRE Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for a Store Team Leader to join our team at Hangar 5, Shannon Airport.

The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic, highly skilled team, contributing to the safe maintenance of a fleet of 600+ aircraft for one of the world's largest and most successful airlines. Reporting to the Store Supervisor, the Store Team Leader is responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and co-ordinate the team in carrying out key activities in an assigned work area of responsibility.  
• Ensure full compliance with EASA, IAA and CAA procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately track and record stock movements and issuance, both physically and via relevant AMOS transactions.
• Prioritise tasks and activities for self and stores team members.
• Play a key role in ensuring the Stores department delivers its commitments to the company, its customers, staff and regulatory authorities.
• Use established processes, procedures, and IT systems to securely manage all Ryanair-owned stock, tools, and assets within storage areas. 
• Maintain effective communication with other departments.
• Lead the development and enhancement of process and procedural standards.
• Oversee daily Pick, Pack, and Ship tasks.
• Ensure there is a robust procedure for handling all AOG requests.
• Collaborate with other bases to maintain control over all parts shipped across the network.
• Participate in the stock-taking process.
• Adherence to all Company policies, procedures and standards in the areas of Quality, Safety and Human Resources. 
• Maintain cleanliness in the working area.
• Support the training and development of other team members.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Supervisor.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience working in a Stores environment is essential.
• Previous experience working in a Team Leader/Leadership role is highly desirable.
• A Counterbalance Forklift Truck License is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with proven capacity to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise a demanding workload within tight deadlines.
• Highly analytical, with strong literacy, numeracy, and accuracy skills, along with excellent attention to detail.
• A strong internally customer focus.
• Proficiency in IT, including knowledge of AMOS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an open, honest, and positive team environment.
• Results-oriented and process driven, with high standards for both self and team performance.
• The successful candidate will be required to pass both the Ryanair/PAM internal Quality exams / boards.
