Ryanair Engineering Delivered by PAM Ireland Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for an Avionic Mechanic to join our team at Hangar 5, Shannon Airport. Reporting to the Check Supervisor, the Avionic Mechanic is responsible for the following duties: 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for performing Avionic inspections, routine maintenance, wiring modifications and systems troubleshooting
•    Ensuring aircraft documentation is completed in accordance with the MOE and company procedures.
•    Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks.
•    Maintain awareness and ensure best practises are observed for Health and Safety and Human Factors. 
•    Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times.
•    Adherence to all company procedures, regulations, and safe working practices
•    Carry out any other tasks as reasonably required by the Check/Zone Supervisor.
•    This role will include Shift Work

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
•    Must have avionic maintenance experience, preferably hangar based
•    Previous maintenance experience of B737-800 is highly desirable
•    Experience of wiring modifications and electrical hand skills
•    Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics
•    Be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
•    Excellent spoken and written English is essential
•    Candidates must have unrestricted permission to work in Ireland
