JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Portugal.

To provide engineering support, Ryanair Technics operated by JC Aircraft Maintenance, is inviting applications for HR Technician to join to be based at Porto Airport (OPO), who will be tasked with responsibilities of the HR function at JCAM. This role would involve dealing with an ever expanding headcount and is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and self-directed individual. The HR Generalist’s role includes:
- 360 Recruitment for Portugal Area;
- Junior Aircraft Engineering Program recruitment and follow-up;
- Personnel Administration (contracts of employment, joiners, leavers, letters, etc.);
- Absences, Medical & Paid leaves;
- Payroll support carried out by the accounting;
- Annual Leave procedures;
- Disciplinary and Grievance procedures;
- Keeping up with all the HR Databases;
- Additional duties with new projects.
Requirements
- HR degree or masters essential
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, dealing with Portuguese based employees and/or Portuguese labour law.
- Very fluent in English, Spanish is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Portuguese employment law;
- Ability to work in a challenged and fast paced environment;
- Organizational skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc.).
