Malta Air, part of Ryanair Group are currently recruiting for a Flight Safety Admin to join the Safety dept of Europe's largest airline group.

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years. 

Based in our Malta office, the successful candidate will support the manager and entire team with the safety function of Malta Air's fleet of over 170 aircraft.

Duties will include:

• Assist the Department Manager or Deputy with departmental activities and the preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
• Records keeping and maintenance
• Refer to EASA and local Regulations to ensure the organisation complies with all applicable requirements.
• Consultation of the EASA and TM CAD website
• Participate in Safety Risk Assessments
• Review and process Safety Reports
• Assist the Department Manager or Deputy with the investigation of non-compliances
• Assist the Department Manager or Deputy with the revision of Organisation’s manuals
• Basic auditing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Engineering Degree advantageous but not essential
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to handle multiple priorities
• Full computer literacy with experience of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
• Strong Microsoft Excel competences advantageous but not essential
• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
