Description

Ryanair, Europe’s Largest Airline Group, are currently hiring for a Reliability Engineer. This is a great time to join Ryanair, as we look to expand to 800 aircraft, and 300 million passengers by 2034.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

  • The review and analysis of maintenance data relating to components and systems, the identification and resolution of reliability alerts, and identification of solutions for repetitive delay causes.
  • Support process innovation and automation using Power BI and data programming.
  • Working with Boeing and OEMs to drive reliability improvement into Ryanair’s operation.
  • Support detailed cost/benefit analysis of reliability improvement options and making solid recommendations to executive management.
  • Provision of reports and analysis of aircraft dispatch reliability and identification of solutions for repetitive delay causes.
  • Participation in reviews with the worldwide 737 operators and influencing Boeing’s reliability priorities.


 

Requirements

  • Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineer or B-1/B-2/CAT A license. Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with strong data analytical skills, could also be considered.
  • Good knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or C/C++, and working knowledge of PowerBi, would be preferable.
  • Good working knowledge of AMOS would be preferable.
  • Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and by electronic means.Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
