Ryanair Engineering – Delivered by WAMS Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline. Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures, and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire Facility Administrator in our hangar in Wroclaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of Training Centre facility, equipment, and machinery.
  • Coordinate daily tasks related to safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of Training Centre facility to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate work orders with external contractors.
  • Support the development and implementation of facility management plans and procedures.
  • Assist with the creation and management of budgets, schedules, and reports related to facility management.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of facility maintenance and repair tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in facility management or related field.
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2).
  • Willingness to frequent business trips between Kraków and Wrocław.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
