Training Coordinator – KAMS
Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services (KAMS) is one of Ryanair’s technical support bases in Europe, located at Kaunas Airport, Lithuania. Our daily work involves performing technical maintenance and repair of Boeing 737-800NG and Boeing 737 MAX aircraft in our hangars. As part of our continuous expansion, we are rapidly increasing our capacity and will soon be able to service up to 6 aircraft simultaneously.
KAMS aims to provide the highest level of service and ensure that Ryanair passengers fly safely.
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
Job Description:
- Working with internal company systems to coordinate employee training;
- Managing and archiving training records and documentation (using internal systems);
- Organizing and updating training schedules based on classroom and instructor availability;
- Updating training progress and issuing certificates in internal training systems;
- Assisting employees with training-related questions;
- Supporting the KAMS training team with additional tasks;
- Assisting training teams at other company bases.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize;
- Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel);
- Excellent English language proficiency;
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Previous experience in a similar role (administration, coordination) is an advantage.

Salary
€1650–€1818 gross per month
(The indicated salary applies during and after the probation period.)
