Long Description
Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services (KAMS) is one of Ryanair’s aircraft maintenance bases in Europe, located in Karmėlava, near Kaunas Airport. Our daily mission is to carry out maintenance and repair of Boeing 737-800 aircraft. KAMS aims to provide the highest quality services and ensure that Ryanair passengers fly safely.
We are currently looking to strengthen our HR department with a Recruitment Specialist for a fixed-term 12-month contract.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively searching for candidates using various sourcing channels
- Conducting job interviews and evaluating candidates
- Gathering information about the current labor market and sharing insights with team members
- Building and maintaining relationships with qualified professionals in the market
- Collaborating with managers to develop recruitment plans and understand their staffing needs
- Participating in career fairs and representing the company at other events
- Administering recruitment and hiring-related documentation and updating candidate data
- Cooperating with the Employment Service and recruitment agencies when needed
Short Description
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong computer literacy skills (Outlook and other MS Office programs)
- Experience in recruitment or other HR-related roles would be an advantage
