About the job
KAMS has an opportunity for Performance and Development Officer in Kaunas, Lithuania. The successful candidate will organize, plan and oversee the careers of employees – hangar mechanics.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
✈ Working with documents, data, and registries.
✈ Training employees on how to register their work and monitoring these registries as well as individual progress.
✈ Monitoring employee performance and discussing development opportunities and goals during one-on-one meetings.
✈ Presenting results to team and company managers, collaborating with them, and organizing meetings.
✈ Administering and timely monitoring career and qualification changes, ensuring all qualification upgrade procedure requirements are met.
✈ Administering and improving projects related to employee qualification data processing.
Requirements
✈ Excellent communication skills, ability to connect with various people and work in a team.
✈ Independence and initiative.
✈ Ability to quickly and efficiently respond to tasks and absorb new information.
✈ Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel).
✈ Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (B1–B2 level).
✈ Willingness to travel within the EU and UK if necessary.
✈ Valid EU identity document (passport or ID card).
✈ Experience in a similar role (administration, coordination, training) – an advantage.
✈ Experience working with Smartsheet software – an advantage.

Starting salary - from 900 - 1000 after taxes (depends of experience and qualifications), is reviewed after a successful probationary period and after your qualification rises.
