Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Internal Videographer to join Europe's Largest Airline Group
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we are growing to 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 8 years.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate with 1+ years video experience to join the best comms team in Europe, where the right candidate can be shooting our Cabin Crew Awards in Spain, our incentive vids in Lapland or a training video in Dublin to support our growing network of 29,000+ employees.
The successful candidate will support in the ideation, creation and production of video content used to communicate with our staff.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with various departments to gather, create, and curate content for our internal communications platform, Workvivo
- Document live events on video
- Plan, shoot and edit videos showing off our staff, network and what life in Ryanair is like.
- Work on videos to support our recruitment strategy
- Work with key stakeholders to deliver on business communication needs
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal video campaigns, utilizing feedback and data to continually improve our communication strategies
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to internal communication matters, providing timely and accurate responses
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in video to introduce innovative ideas that enhance our video effectiveness
- Take responsibility for the organisation, up keep and operation of equipment.
- Create and deliver graphics and other content to build employee engagement
Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience working in videography, content creation or a similar field
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Canva
- Exceptional written & verbal communication
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an agile & fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management & ability to multi-task
- Strong ability in video production and video editing
- Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics
