Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Engineer to join the Technical Services Dept. of Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Continuing Airworthiness. This role is a desk-based role and will be based in our Engineering Office in Dublin.
Engineering Technical Services provide support to the Ryanair Group fleet of Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft through a multitude of Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO) activities.
The Role:
- Candidates for this role should expect exposure to a broad range of activities which include the following with a focus on project delivery;
- Aircraft Modification and Supplemental Type Certificates (STC)
- Technology Projects
- Liaising with internal / external stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conducting strategic reviews and development of internal procedures / processes
- Supporting Technical Services Section Managers as necessary and appointed by the Head of Continuing Airworthiness.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Relevant Engineering/Aviation Degree or EASA Part 66 modules / licence.
- Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions.
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with ability to work under minimal supervision and demonstrate sound judgement.
- Experience in Airline Engineering Project Management an advantage.
- Lateral thinker who can identify areas of potential improvement and provide solutions.
- Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines.
