Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
This role will be attracting the best talent for Ryanair Labs for our Dublin and Portugal locations. Ryanair Labs is the technology division in Ryanair and consists of 620+ IT professionals who have a major impact on the continued success and growth of Ryanair.
Duties include:
- Own the full recruitment process (advertising, screening of candidates, shortlisting, facilitating interviews, extending offers, closing candidates).
- Be the go-to on relevant HR Legislation, visa processes, etc.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs for each role.
- Create effective job descriptions.
- Manageme and maintain all recruitment related queries including applicant queries, role queries and ATS management.
- Promote Ryanair as an employer of choice by attending various exhibitions, hosting open days and attending university visits.
- Weekly reporting of recruitment activity.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience recruiting for technology positions - Software Development, Data, InfoSec, etc
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems SAP (Success Factors is desireable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and efficient at multi-tasking and highly organised
- Adaptable to a fast paced always changing environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good presentation skills
