Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Senior PR & Communications Executive to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years
Reporting to the Head of Press Communications the successful candidate will join a dynamic team as a Senior PR & Communications Executive, where you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our International Communications and Press Office initiatives. As a vital member of both teams, you will help shape the global narrative of Ryanair's brand and respond to the pressing demands of the media landscape.
Duties include:
- Work with the International Team in Dublin preparing PPT decks, briefing documents and press conference logistics for Senior Execs and ensuring these are on time and error-free deliveries.
- Analyse media coverage and develop reports on the effectiveness of Ryanair's communication strategies.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance Ryanair's reputation across international markets.
- Craft and disseminate press releases, manage media queries, and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets worldwide.
- Coordinate with the International Communications Team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
- Stay abreast of domestic & global media trends and adapt strategies as necessary to maintain the company's competitive edge
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and stories for external communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience in a communications, public relations, or media role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Super attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- An interest in the aviation industry is not essential but it will help!
