Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Senior Legal Claims Administrator and Coordinator to join the Fraud of Europe's largest airline group.

What you’ll be doing:
- Enhance Claims processing, productivity and automation
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimise EU261 and all other claims process flows
- Undertake regular reviews of claims processes to monitor compliance with relevant legislation and internal guidelines
- Monitor claims MI to identify trends, risk to the business, take active steps to identify and mitigate leakage and fraud
- Undertake regular audits delivering reports and action plans for improvement and automation.
- Deliver training in cost containment and claims fraud awareness across various teams
- Ad-hoc duties/projects as required by Head of Revenue Audit & Fraud
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in claims handling working with large volume and complex claims
- Knowledge of Technical claims, procedures, and process
- Candidates with aviation and EU261 knowledge will be highly regarded.
- Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills.
