Ryanair is currently recruiting a Regional Head of Inflight to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.
As part of Ryanair's continued expansion to over 800 aircraft, we have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Regional Head of Inflight to join our Inflight Department team based at our Headquarters in Swords, Co Dublin, Ireland.
Working in the the largest people department in Ryanair, the successful candidate will report directly to the Deputy Director of Inflight and will have key responsibilities in both operations and sales.
The ideal candidate should currently be managing a regional team in a fast-paced multinational environment, will be a highly organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the aviation industry. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and proven experience in a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting are essential.

Duties include:
- Manage a team of European Bases Manager who are responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of Inflight staff in European bases.
- Streamline procedures to assure continued efficiency for Crew and management.
- Responsibility for all staffing, contracts, and disciplinary issues.
- Measure efficiency and report weekly on key performance indicators.
- Identify and resolve local and / or individual Inflight issues etc.
- Liaise with managers from different departments as required.
- Work on improving processes both within the Inflight Department and onboard
- Work with other Regional Heads to ensure compliance with Ryanair’s policies and procedures.
- Continual mentorship and development of a team of Inflight Managers.
- Conduct base visits across Europe on a weekly basis.
- Deliver comms strategy to engage Cabin Crew on the Fleet Hub platform.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- A highly motivated flexible individual with a disciplined outlook, demonstrated capacity for hard work and responsibility.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience managing a team, is desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
- Level-headed, calm and the ability to think and respond appropriately in challenging situations.
- Track record of achieving targets and reporting weekly on key performance indicators.
- Ability to travel extensively across our network.
- Previous experience in Operations management in a large organization is desirable but not essential.
