Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Contruction Team of Europe's Largest Airline Group.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 8 years.
Based in our Dublin HQ, the successful candidate will assist with the planning and execution of various constuction projects throughout Europe to order to accommodate Ryanair's growth in maintenance, support personnel and training requirements.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Assume the role of Clients’ representative on all matters.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects etc. on key specifications of the project.
- Promote Health and Safety as they key goal and implement Ryanair Health and Safety standards and culture
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports on;
- Cost : Ensure no project cost overruns and any change orders are agreed prior to implementation.
- Time : The delivery date is crucial, the ability to see issues ahead and track against agreed programs
- Quality : Ensure that the project is delivered using best methods and Engineering results.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in relevant Construction / Engineering Discipline.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager and a track record of delivery on major/ high value projects.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office is essential. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and written skills including English
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities.
