Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Pilot Careers Ambassador to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a sales or customer service background to join our busy Pilot Recruitment function and ensure delivery of quality hires to our training courses.

With 300+ aircraft being delivered over the next few years, this is a busy and exciting period for our Pilot Recruitment Team. This position will offer candidates the opportunity to progress their career in a dynamic and challenging environment. The successful candidate will travel frequently and act as an ambassador for Ryanair recruitment across Europe while ensuring that Ryanair's pilot recruitment procedures are upheld Ryanair is promoted as a leading aviation employer.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of pilot recruitment targets, including screening applications, conducting assessments and managing offer process.
  • Liaise with candidates globally regarding their pilot application and provide information regarding assessment and Ryanair Careers.
  • Regularly host and attend recruitment events globally with a view to promoting Ryanair as an employer of choice.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all candidates and stakeholders including our partner flight schools.
  • Gather market intelligence and ensure up to date with aviation trends.
  • Work closely with Ryanair's Flight Operations and Training dept to deliver on agreed targets.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a sales, customer service or similar role
  • Degree in Business Management, International Business, HR or similar is desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management (both internal & external)
  • Confident and outgoing with strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
