Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Payments Analyst to join Europe’s biggest airline group.

The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin Head office, reporting to the Group Treasure.
The Payments Analyst will be required to work in a busy and demanding team environment within the Finance function of Ryanair. The role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates to work alongside the Treasury, payments and Fraud teams.
Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor card acceptance for inflight sales looking at weekly settlement rate and identify ways to improve.
- Work with Payment service provider (RIM) and payment processor to address any is-sues by closely monitoring daily card issuer responses.
- Work closely with Fraud team/Chargeback team to find ways to reduce risk.
- Provide weekly reports for senior management on acceptance rate.
- Working with Treasury team to ensure we have tight controls around payment pro-cessing in this environment ensuring we remain compliant but efficient.
- Implement best practice guidelines for all crew.
- Provide daily/weekly communication to the crew so they are fully informed on any changes or concerns regarding card acceptance or high risk customers.
Build reporting tools to automate the various data feeds to quickly identify areas to im-prove.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
- All candidates should be self-motivated, flexible and dynamic with good communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team is essential
