Ryanair are now hiring for a Onboarding Fraud Analyst to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group.

The role of an Onboarding Fraud Analyst is to monitor and manage onboard payment processes, ensuring the detection and prevention of fraudulent activity while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This position plays a key role in safeguarding revenue and supporting operational integrity across our onboard payment systems. This is a permanent position based in our head office in Swords, Co. Dublin.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring the onboard failed card payments daily
- Process daily onboard failed payment files
- Analyses of onboard failed payment data to identify emerging fraud trends
- Work with the onboard chargeback team in relation to Fraud detection and prevention procedures.
- Liaise with onboard card payment specialist on all payment issues.
- Liaise with passengers regarding outstanding onboard payments and the retrieval of funds.
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the Fraud Manager.
Requirements
- Prior experience of Fraud detection is desirable not essential
- Strong ability to analyze large transaction datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Preferably a third-level degree in Finance, Business, Analytic Science, Accounting, or Mathematics.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills.
