Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Motion Graphics Exec to join Europe’s largest airline group.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Creative Studio Manager in the delivery of engaging motion graphics for various marketing initiatives across digital channels, including social media, email, web, and paid media.
- Develop animated assets, including typography, logos, infographics, and video elements, to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all motion graphic deliverables by working closely with brand guidelines, creative briefs, and the design team.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation to bring fresh and innovative approaches to projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide creative input and propose motion graphic concepts that improve the effectiveness and engagement of promotional content.
Requirements
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital work, including typography, animation, and video.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and other motion graphic/animation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging animations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of creativity, with the ability to deliver projects that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Great organisation skills, methodical approach and meticulous eye for detail.
- A self-starter with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Strong understanding of design specifications and production processes.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- On-set experience advising in VFX or GFX integration.
- Camera operation and support.
