Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
As we grow to 300m+ passengers, we’ve got big plans and we’re looking for an experienced, gutsy and passionate brand leader to drive our brand communications forward. If you think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Market Research Manager, you will be responsible for delivering effective, customer-focused communications to our customers.
- Run best in class marketing communications, that support the operation, with specific focus on post booking communications to our customers that ensure a seamless journey.
- Working closely with our research team, use customer insights to inform campaign development, ensuring they deliver against business objectives.
- Work closely with our internal creative studio and agency partners to deliver highly creative campaigns that engage and excite our customers and deliver on Ryanair’s unique TOV.
- Work closely with our internal social team to leverage our expansive social platform and following for best in class communications.
- Liaise with social, web and CRM teams to ensure all campaigns are optimised for each channel, with tailored executions that drive maximum engagement.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in similar role.
- Third level qualification in Marketing or related field.
- A real can-do attitude, multi tasker and a willingness to throw your yourself in and learn on the job.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work to tight deadlines.
- Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience managing teams essentials.
- Self starter and team player.
- Fluent in English.
