Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Line Maintenance Project Engineer to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects within our Part-145 line maintenance organization. The role is critical in ensuring compliance with Part-145 requirements while driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our maintenance operations.
Duties Include:
- Ensure all projects are delivered in line with Part-145, MOE procedures, and IAA regulatory requirements.
- Support the integration of the Safety Management System by identifying hazards, assessing risks, and embedding safe practices into all project activities.
- Plan and deliver line maintenance projects, including station set-ups, tooling and equipment upgrades and procedural implementations.
- Act as a interface between Engineering, Compliance, Safety, Materials, and the wider line maintenance teams across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and alignment of Company values.
- Provide compliance support through audit preparation, documentation, and corrective action follow-up.
- Provide Safety support through Safety report reviews, documentation, and follow-up
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the compliance monitoring function with project-related findings and recommendations.
- Ensure resources, tooling, and third-party support are compliant, controlled, and effectively allocated.
- Produce clear project documentation and regular status updates to management and regulatory stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree or technical qualification in Engineering or equivalent Part-66 license background.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within scope.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to compliance and safety.
