Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group! This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years. 
This role requires a multi-disciplinary designer to take on tasks with different outputs across digital, print and motion. Sitting within the Design Team, you will be across a wide range of projects, with no day looking like the previous. We want someone who is keen to learn and upskill on their Ryanair journey, whilst also being a key member of the team. Ideally, you will have experience working within a design team and have a good understanding of how to complete a brief from start to finish.

The Role: 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on creatives across digital and print platforms, keeping in line with our current brand guidelines and always looking to improve/refine them.
  • Be collaborative with the in-house Design Team, demonstrating the ability to work across multiple different stakeholder projects.
  • Support the wider department on their everyday and long term creative needs.
  • Demonstrate good creativity from ideation to execution to showcase your thought process for briefs.
  • Dive into our Brand Strategy to get a good understanding on the businesses needs and objectives and to apply them to your work.
  • Adapt your designs to suit the asks for different platforms such as web, print, OOH, social etc.
  • Be a good support to your fellow team players to make sure deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Lean into creative opportunities that may be new to you and learn.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in an in-house or agency creative team.
  • Ability to deliver creative solutions in a fast paced environment.
  • Be able to showcase good ideation for brand driven projects.
  • A great understanding of design tools across the Adobe Suite.
  • An appetite to upskill and learn new techniques through research and learning from other members of the team.
  • Highly creative with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative and an excellent team player.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and AI tools desirable but not essential.
