Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Investor Relations Analyst to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.  

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years. 

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, this is a permanent position and is based in our Global HQ in Dublin. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our investor relations efforts as we continue to drive sustainable growth and value creation for our shareholders and stakeholders.This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional with the capital markets experience, skills, knowledge and personal drive to make a significant contribution to a growing airline.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials to ensure accurate and timely communication with shareholders, analysts, and the investment community. 
  • Prepare and participate in investor roadshows, investor meetings and investor conferences. 
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key market participants. 
  • Collaborate with the Head of IR and senior management to develop and execute Ryanair’s investor relations strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to uphold transparency in all communications.
  • Work with Ryanair’s Sustainability team to communicate Ryanair’s ESG strategy, goals and metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and market data to monitor industry trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards related to financial reporting, disclosure and investor relations activity. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CFA or a fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) accountant is preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles within large-cap organisations, investment banks, or financial institutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft application skills – PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
