Description
Ryanair is currently recruiting for an Inflight Operations Control Manager to Europe's largest airline group.

Reporting to Regional Head of Inflight and based in our busy Dublin Operations Control Center, the successful candidate will be required to act as a liaison between Inflight and Operations control and will be integral to decision making to ensure on-time performance and an effeicent operation.
Please note, this is a shift based position with 3 varying shift patterns.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Be the point of contact for Duty Exec, Operations, Duty Pilot and Ground Ops on behalf of Inflight for on the day issues.
- Work closely with Crew Control on standby utilisation and cover
- Be the liaison between Inflight and Crew Control/Operations
- Attend the punctuality meeting on behalf of Inflight and follow up on any action items arising.
- Be the point of contact on behalf of Inflight for VIP flights, Charter flights etc.
- Management of on the day operational letters.
- Attend daily ASR call.
- Closely manage any on the day disruptions (weather, ER strikes etc) with Operations.
- Follow up on any Flight Time Limitation issues.
- Liaise with Crew Control and Inflight management on any Root cause analysis follow up required.
- Be the point of contact for any offloads down route.
- Ensure best practice is carried out and handle any issues/problems that may arise.
- Continually review processes with target of improving efficiencies and introducing IT solutions to minimise workload
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to work to deadlines in a pressurized environment.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly
- Computer Literate and competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint software and related hardware.
- Good people management skills.
- Ability to write reports.
