Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Global Pension Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Group Treasurer, this is a permanent position and is based in our Swords HQ.
This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated pension professional with the ability, skills, knowledge and personal drive to make a significant contribution to the profitable growth of the airline.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, plan sponsors, and third-party administrators regarding all aspects of pension administration
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and complete information
- Maintain knowledge of current pension regulations, industry trends, best practices and group policies
- Prepare annual reports and filings required by regulatory agencies
- Perform ongoing analysis of pension data to identify errors and discrepancies
- Reconcile pension data between multiple systems
- Generate ad hoc reports and analyses as requested
- Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
- Train new staff on pension administration
- Serve as a subject matter expert on pension administration
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years professional experience in pension administration or a related field
- Analytical and research skills
- Excellent mathematical ability
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience with pension software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
