Long Description
The Customer Service Legal department is offering a full-time position to a CS Legal GDPR Administrator.
The successful candidate will be based at Ryanair's Headquarters in Airside Business Park, Dublin and will report to the CS Data Protection Executive.
Duties:
- Process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), addressing claims associated with requests, such as those related to EU261 and refund claims.
- Assist the Data Protection Team in investigating possible data breaches.
- Provide ongoing support to the Customer Service Legal Team and the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, particularly in the Customer Service, Legal and Operations departments.
- Support the CS Data Protection Executive in identifying the root causes of GDPR escalations and collaborate with relevant teams to improve processes and prevent future issues.
- Prepare and share feedback and training materials with in-house teams to address barriers to success and improve GDPR knowledge and understanding.
- Track and document the volume and nature of GDPR cases received.
- Handle a variety of ad-hoc tasks as required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Ryanair’s internal systems would be an advantage.
