Description

Looking for a challenging and rewarding Grad Programme? Do you want to work for an industry leader where career progression is a given if you work hard and are dedicated? Then join the 2026 Ryanair Grad Programme, the best available programme in Europe!
We have grad programmes across our entire business where you will get the chance to rotate across teams (and across our network) in your preferred dept allowing you to gain transferable skills and a deep understanding of Ryanair and its operations, to set you up on a career path to the skies!
Across the 3.5 years of the programme, our grads will get continued mentorship from our senior leadership team, will be part of a structured programme providing you trips, tips and insights into Europe’s largest airline which will allow you to develop while we grow to be The World’s Largest Airline.

The Programme:

Ryanair have partnered with both ACA and ACCA to provide a three and a half year training contract in the unique environment of Europe’s largest airline group.
Throughout your time here you will rotate through our Finance department (and for the adventurous at heart maybe even a stint abroad in one of subsidiary airlines!) all while being supported through the process of gaining an internationally recognised accounting qualification.

Areas of the business you will spend a six month rotation in include:

  • Fuel/Insurance
  • FP & A
  • Banking
  • Internal Audit
  • Tax
  • Management Accounting
  • Financial Reporting

The Application Process:

We are big on motivation here in Ryanair and want to hear from Grads who have a genuine interest in working for Ryanair. As part of the application, please put in your preferences as to which department you’re keen to work in the most but our Talent Team will review your application and may reach out if they feel you are more suitable for other departments

Applications will remain open until 31st January 2026 But we recommend getting your application in earlier as like our aircraft we like to be on-time! Everyone we hire at Ryanair needs to show the skills and behaviours that have helped us to achieve our growth over the last 40+ years and we expect candidates to demonstrate a hardworking and entrepreneurial spirit during the interview process.

If we decide to progress your application you will be invited for an phonecall (so if an Irish number is calling, make sure you answer), followed by a Microsoft Teams interview. As part of the process, all grads must come to Dublin for a Face to Face interview.

To ensure you are putting your best foot forward, please make sure that you pay attention to the application and ensure that all information supplied is accurate. In the cover letter please state why you want to join the Ryanair Graduate Programme and let us know about which areas that you are particularly interested in working in.
