Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the Director of Engineering to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.
The Role:
To provide high quality, confidential executive administrative support to the Director of Engineering. This position works closely with the highest levels of management in Ryanair such as Chief Officers, Directors and Heads of Departments etc.
Duties:
- Providing support to the Director of Engineering through a variety of administrative tasks.
- Extensive diary management; setting up internal and external meetings and coordinating schedules.
- Coordinate heavy and complex travel arrangements, including: flight bookings, reservations and itineraries.
- Must possess extremely strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels, both internally and externally, as well as varied cultural backgrounds and creative personalities.
- Ability to maintain organisation while effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism & ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast pace environment.
- Possess ability to work in a team environment across multiple functions.
- Ability to draft reports to a high level.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Requirements
- 1 years prior administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Must be looking for a long-term Executive Assistant position.
- Attention to detail
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any area of Business or similar strongly preferred.
- Interest in Aviation/Engineering
