Description

Ryanair is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join Europe’s largest airline group.

The successful candidate will support both our Chief Pilot and COO. In this exciting role you will play a key part in supporting the Ryanair operation as we continue to grow. Our Chief Pilot and Chief Operations Officer are responsible for the management of our pilot, engineering and operations departments allowing Ryanair to safely operate over 3,700 flights per day and carry over 206 million passengers per year

You will also assist with Staff Travel administration as required to support senior management & meet the travel needs of our people.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Diary & meeting management
  • Travel/hotel arrangements/ bookings & itinerary preparation
  • Cover other PA’s / Reception annual leave
  • Event management / prep for meetings / AGM / etc.
  • Extensive filing & record keeping of airport contracts
  • Dictation of letters/documents/contracts for the management team as required
  • Minute taking of weekly meetings
  • Drafting weekly report for management team
  • Producing reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects as and when they arise
  • Screen incoming calls, email and correspondence and respond independently when possible
