Description

We are recruiting an EA to support our Group CFO.

This is an excellent time to join the Ryanair Group as we undertake a decade of growth to 300m passengers p.a. by March 2034.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the Group CFO’s calendar and organise extensive travel itineraries;
  • Provide high-level, confidential, admin. support to the Group CFO and wider Finance team (incl. digital dictation typing);
  • Research and assistance in the preparation of briefing notes, presentations and correspondence;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Group CFO;
  • Co-ordinate meetings including agenda preparation and minute taking;
  • Processing expenses, invoices and assisting with cost control;
  • Provide assistance to the Board of Directors as required;
  • Department correspondence management;
  • Organising events including investor briefings, CPD sessions, annual staff training, etc.
  • Assisting with regulatory filings, notifications and preparation of policy documents; and
  • Filing/maintaining office records.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an EA role in a large multinational organisation;
  • A quick thinker with a positive attitude and a friendly, pragmatic, approachable personality;
  • Typing to a very high level of accuracy and speed;
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office package;
  • Strong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail;
  • Experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
