Description
We are recruiting an EA to support our Group CFO.
This is an excellent time to join the Ryanair Group as we undertake a decade of growth to 300m passengers p.a. by March 2034.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the Group CFO’s calendar and organise extensive travel itineraries;
- Provide high-level, confidential, admin. support to the Group CFO and wider Finance team (incl. digital dictation typing);
- Research and assistance in the preparation of briefing notes, presentations and correspondence;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Group CFO;
- Co-ordinate meetings including agenda preparation and minute taking;
- Processing expenses, invoices and assisting with cost control;
- Provide assistance to the Board of Directors as required;
- Department correspondence management;
- Organising events including investor briefings, CPD sessions, annual staff training, etc.
- Assisting with regulatory filings, notifications and preparation of policy documents; and
- Filing/maintaining office records.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an EA role in a large multinational organisation;
- A quick thinker with a positive attitude and a friendly, pragmatic, approachable personality;
- Typing to a very high level of accuracy and speed;
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office package;
- Strong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail;
- Experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
