Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Employee On-Boarding Specialist to join the HR team of Europe’s largest airline group!

This is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years. 

This is a vital role to support the 1000's of new recruits we welcome into Ryanair each year. The successful candidate will be based in our Global HQ in Dublin
and be responsible for induction, onboarding, global mobility and our ever growing Grad programme

The role will be initially offered as a 2 year temp position and sits within our wider People Dept where the successful candidate will get exposure into our HR and recruitment processes and look to grow with the wider business.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Planning and preparing information packs for new employees 
  • Working closely with Hiring Managers regarding first days to ensure candidate’s first day / week is planned effectively 
  • Arrange ID’s / Carparking 
  • Planning initial training and implementation of a ‘Buddy’ system.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular induction training. 
  • Assist with candidate relocations by arranging accommodation / flights
  • Coordination of the Grad Programme
  • Create and manage a new hire check in programme and coordinate regular check ins between HR, employee and manager
  • Conduct exit interviews, report on any potential issues and suggest changes bases on feedback
  • Weekly management reporting and adhoc duties. 

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites 
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Candidates with experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
