Description

Ryanair is now hiring for a Continuing Airworthiness Records Manager to join our Technical Services Department at Europe's Largest Airline Group! This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests by 2034. 

As an integral part of Technical Services, the successful candidate will report to the Head of Continuing Airworthiness, and will be based in Ryanair's Engineering HQ in Dublin. This role will be responsible for the Continuing Airworthiness Records Team and is responsible to ensure all records relating to the operation & maintenance of the Ryanair Group fleet of aircraft are reviewed, controlled & archived in accordance with applicable regulations. 

The Role 

Reporting to Head of Technical Services Continuing Airworthiness, the position will be based in our Dublin office and will be responsible for:

  • Effective management of the records team ensuring the team delivers on its core objectives. 
  • Developing and ensuring adherence to applicable internal procedures and processes. 
  • Maintaining compliance to applicable EASA & UKCAA regulations
  • Ensuring the records archives are maintained to the highest standards and continued adherence to the applicable regulations. 
  • Manage IT Projects to further streamline the records procedures and processes. 
  • Drive continuous efficiency improvement across all responsibilities. 
  • Provide assistance to other departments to support aircraft deliveries,disposals and lease returns. 
  • Adhoc projects that may be assigned from time to time. 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience working in an airline CAMO environment in a similar role;
  • Sound knowledge of EASA & UK CAA continuing airworthiness records regulatory requirements;
  • Ability to effectively manage and mentor a large team;
  • Excellent working knowledge of AMOS and Office365 suite;
  • Strong IT skills an advantage;
  • Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority;
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and by electronic means;
  • Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines.
