Description

Ryanair are currently hiring for a Command Upgrade Admin to join Europe's Largest Airline Group! 

The successful candidate will work as part of our Flight Operations department and will be based at our head office in Airside Business Park in Swords. 

Working closely with the Command Upgrade Co-Ordinator, you will gain vast experience in Flight Operations, training and planning. The successful candidate should be a quick thinker and have a proactive approach to problem solving. 

Duties Include

  • Processing applications and managing internal candidate pool. 
  • Administration of training documents and Visa applications
  • Planning, organising and executing command upgrade assessments. 
  • Working closely with Base Captains and FOPs Management to ensure the candidate pool is monitored regularly reported on. 
  • Dealing with rostering to plan coaching and assessment flights. 
  • Responding to internal queries regarding the command upgrade process. 
  • Liaising with FOPs and the Headcount Manager regarding base availability. 
  • Coordinating the course booking / scheduling process. 
    Proactive approach to ensure continuous improvement in entire process. 
  • Ensure compliance with command upgrade agreements.
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested. 

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of Admin / Customer Service or HR Experience is desirable 
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills 
  • Candidate with analytical or rostering experience will be highly regarded
  • Must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be able to multi-task. 
  • Proven numeric, administrative & computer skills.
