Description
Ryanair are currently hiring for a Chargeback Team Lead to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.
Reporting directly to the Chargeback Manager, is responsible for overseeing the chargeback administration team and managing day-to-day chargeback operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, law, or accounting, with strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of card scheme regulations. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process daily chargeback files from Acquirers.
- Adhere and maintain extensive knowledge of card scheme rules, regulations, timeframes relating to chargeback, arbitration and compliance cases.
- Maintain and provide detailed reports of all chargebacks received and status update.
- Monthly reconciliations between chargebacks received, updates and bank accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly internal payment audit reporting. · Maximise the performance of the chargeback administration team.
- Key account management · Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chargeback Manager.
Requirements
- Business/Finance/law graduate or qualified accounts Technician
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Experience of Microsoft Excel and word essential.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills.
