Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Chargeback Administrator to join Europe's largest Airline Group.
This is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent grad to kickstart their career in Finance.
Duties include:
- Process daily chargeback files from Acquirers.
- Review eligibility of chargeback for representment.
- Collect, prepare necessary documentation necessary defending chargeback dispute.
- Adhere and Maintain extensive knowledge of card scheme rules, regulations, timeframes relating to chargeback, arbitration and compliance cases.
- Liaise with fraud team with respect to fraudulent cases
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chargeback Team Manager
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and probllem solving skills
- No Prior Experience Required as full training will be provided. Suitable role for a recent business / finance graduate.
- High degree of initiative.
- Profiecent in Microsoft Excel and word essential.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
