Reporting into the Director of Talent, you will own and drive our internal communications strategy for over 30,000 Ryanair people across Europe, leading the continued development of our employee communications platform, Workvivo (we call it Fleethub), while managing a high-performing content and communications team that delivers engaging, creative and impactful content every day.

You’ll need to be commercially minded, technically savvy, highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly…very quickly. Internal communications is strategically important at Ryanair & on a Monday morning you get to lead a 15 mins internal stand-up with the Ryanair CEO.
