Ryanair is currently hiring for a Stores Team Lead to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.

This is a great opportunity to join Ryanair as we look to grow to 800 aircraft and 300M guests within the next 10 years. 

Based in our Hangar in Dublin Airport and Stores Facility in Swords you will supporting a stores team that supports our Dublin base activities. With over 80 bases across our network and dedicated stores to support maintenance of our fleet of over 450 aircraft you will also liaise with all bases to ensure that there is control of all parts that ship throughout the network.

As a Stores Officer, you will be responsible for: 

• Managing day to day workload and priorities.
• Liaising with the stores manager to ensure that all materials tasks are properly controlled.
• Ensuring that there is a robust procedure for handling all AOG requests.
• Working with the materials department to control the purchase and repair of parts.
• Supporting the day to day Dublin operation with all parts and tooling needed.
• Working with all bases to ensure that there is control of all parts that ship throughout the network.
• Monitoring and controlling the costs of the various services provided.
• Ensuring that we comply with all Brexit requirements when shipping parts roster control.
• Monitoring various reports to ensure all records are complete and accurate.
• Actively support maintenance review meetings.
• Support training requirements.
• Liaising with GOPS team leaders to ensure efficient movement of parts within out network.
• Accomplish other such duties as may be reasonably directed by management.
