Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Apprenticeship - Open Day Invitation (2026 Intake)

Ryanair is inviting applications for our Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship Open Day, taking place week commencing 16 February 2026.

This open day is for candidates interested in joining Ryanair’s 2026 Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with College of Further Education and Training (FET) Shannon Campus and/or Technological University Dublin (TUD).

About the Apprenticeship:

This is a structured 4 year programme combining hands‑on practical experience and classroom-based learning. Apprentices work towards EASA Part‑66 B1 or B2 modules, leading to a recognised Aircraft Maintenance License.

Training will take place primarily in Dublin, with initial classroom based phases in Shannon, Stansted or Bergamo, before returning to Dublin for on-the-job experience and studies with TUD.

Upon successful completion, candidates will be eligible to certify Ryanair’s fleet of over 600 Boeing aircraft, with opportunities to progress into highly rewarding engineering careers.

Successful applicants will be reviewed by the recruitment team and those who meet the criteria will be invited to attend the open day, where you’ll learn more about the program, training pathway and career opportunities with Ryanair Engineering.
