Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Accounts Receivable Representative to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.
The Accounts Receivable Representative will be required to work in a busy and demanding team environment encompassing all aspects of the Accounts Receivable processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Issuing invoices / credit notes & all intercompany documents
- Ensuring receipts are received in accordance with agreed payment terms
- Processing daily payment receipts
- Dealing with customer queries
- Processing monthly statements
- Liaising with all departments within the organisation
- Maintaining company credit card reports and dealing with all internal queries
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Weekly/Monthly management reporting
Requirements
