Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for an AD & SB Manager to join the Engineering Team of Europe's largest airline group.

Based in Dublin, the AD & SB Manager will be responsible for ensuring continued compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD) and mandatory Service Bulletins (SB) for the Ryanair Group aircraft.
The successful candidate will manage a team to deliver the following:
- Responsible for identifying AD and SB requirements applicable to the group fleet.
- Oversight of the AD implementation process - from initial AD review to Chief Engineer sign off and embodiment compliance.
- Responsible for the management of a team of AD and SB engineers and their responsibilities.
- Responsible for draft and update of AD and SB related handbook and CAME procedures.
- Responsible for chairing the monthly and quarterly group AD Committee Meeting with senior management.
- Act as responsible point of contact for all AD and SB related matters.
- Creation and delivery of technical reports and / or presentations regarding AD and / or SB compliance.
- Management of Ad-Hoc projects assigned by the Head of Technical Services - CAMO as and when required.
Requirements
- Relevant Engineering Degree / EASA Part 66 license.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Technical Services / CAMO role – with management experience.
- A strong familiarity with Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins
- Technical Knowledge of the Boeing 737NG. 737-8200 and Airbus A320 technical knowledge an advantage.
- Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 rules.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to operate at the highest level within Ryanair’s Engineering organisation, including the Chief Engineers of AOCs; National Authorities.
- Excellent management skills, with a proven track record as a manager are a must as is an ability to drive change.
