Ryanair are currently recruiting for an Immigration Manager to join Europe's largest airline group.

This role reports directly to the Head of Immigration Affairs and plays a key role in supporting immigration operations across the Ryanair Group. The Immigration Manager will work in close coordination with the team of Immigration Administrators, who provide factual advice on visa and immigration-related matters, contributing to Ryanair’s commitment to legal compliance and operational efficiency.
Duties include:
- Support and coordinate activities across the Immigration Department, contributing to the management of group and passenger immigration affairs.
- Liaise with Border and Police authorities across Europe on Immigration related matters.
- Supervise and respond to data protection requests for law enforcement authorities.
- Oversee the implementation of Advanced Passenger Information and Passenger Name Record projects, including the resolution of missing or inaccurate data with border agencies.
- Deal with Carrier’s Liability Charges and related issues.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on Immigration issues, and report/escalate issues to the Head of Immigration.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the Immigration Department, ensuring the Department’s various administrational duties are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with Ryanair’ policies and procedures.
- Assist with preparation of KPI's and monitor of teams’ performance to ensure they are in line with agreed targets.

Requirements
- 2+ years working in Immigration Affairs in a similar role or as an Immigration Agent / Lawyer
- Knowledge of UK and / or EU Immigration Law
- Candidates who hold a Law Degree and / or profession qualification will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience coordinating or supporting team role is an advantage.
