Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline.Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services base. We are looking to hire a Operations Coordinator in our hangar in Wroclaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• providing administrative support to the Check Supervisors regarding maintenance documentation,
• preparing pre-inputs reports, summaries, presentations, and daily check lists related to base maintenance checks,
• maintaining up-to-date check status, including open and overdue tasks, spare parts status, and workforce utilization,
• coordinating information flow between various departments and airport authorities.
• supporting housekeeping standards, consumable material, tooling and available manpower control.

Requirements

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level,
• availability to work a rotating schedule of 6 working days followed by 4 days off, on 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00).
• very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
• excellent organizational and communication skills,
• experience in administrative, coordination, or operational roles, including preparing reports, analyses, and presentations.
• experience in the aviation industry, MRO, CAMO, or a technical environment is nice to have.
