Description
Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Senior Executive Assistant to join Europe’s largest airline group.

This role reports directly to our Group CEO, providing executive support to him and his team. This is an excellent and rare opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and hard working person to join a busy and thriving team. Predominately supporting the Group CEO, you will also support the wider Management function, covering other PAs when required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become involved in ongoing projects within the department to allow them to develop both personally and professionally.
Based in Ryanair’s Dublin office in Swords, this is a 1 year fixed term contract.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This role will include
- Providing extensive admin. support to the Group CEO
- Extensive diary & email management
- Organising personal & business travel schedules itineraries
- Assisting with Board reporting incl. agreeing agendas, drafting papers, preparing reporting packs etc
- Minute taking and dictaphone typing
- Managing all internal & external correspondence
- Drafting of weekly report
- Assisting with the preparation of press releases and other confidential documents
- Research and assistance in the preparation of briefing notes, presentations and correspondence
- Filing, maintaining office records, preparing expenses, retaining annual leave register
- Ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a Senior Executive Assistant role preferably in a large, fast moving, organisation
- A fast thinker with a positive attitude and a friendly, open, approachable personality
- Typing to a very high level of accuracy and speed
- Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office package
- Strong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Experience with working under pressure and to tight deadlines
